Real estate powerhouse Eldeco Group is set to make waves in Gurgaon with a high-profile luxury project, aiming to invest around ₹400 crore in construction. The upscale development will feature housing units priced between ₹2.5 crore to ₹5 crore, catering to the discerning tastes of luxury homebuyers.

With an extensive pipeline comprising approximately 10 housing projects in the mid to luxury segment, Eldeco Group is strategically spreading its wings across key cities. The company's ambitious investment plan of nearly ₹1000 crore this year underscores its commitment to delivering premium living spaces.

Pankaj Bajaj, Chairman and Managing Director of Eldeco Group, emphasized the company's focus on deepening its presence in existing markets rather than venturing into fresh territories. The real estate giant has been actively operating in over 15 cities, demonstrating a robust and diversified approach to real estate development.

In 2023, Eldeco Group secured 8.5 acres of prime land in Sector 80 Gurugram for ₹165 crore through an auction conducted by the Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC). This strategic acquisition sets the stage for the upcoming luxury project, with construction slated to commence by April 2024, pending necessary approvals.

Bajaj anticipates an investment of approximately ₹400 crore in the construction phase, projecting an impressive revenue of ₹1,000 crore from the sales of the luxury units. The company's strategic positioning and meticulous planning reflect its commitment to delivering not just homes but exclusive lifestyle experiences.

Beyond Gurgaon, Eldeco Group has made significant strides in multiple cities. In Sonepat, the launch of 253 villas and plots has garnered a robust response, with sales realization nearing ₹300 crore. Panipat, another key market for Eldeco, has witnessed the launch of approximately 550 housing units, with sales realization expected to reach ₹500 crore.

As the real estate giant awaits approvals for projects in Ludhiana and Kanpur, plans are underway to launch 250 housing units in each of these cities. Meanwhile, in Lucknow, two projects under the banner of Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited are poised for launch in the mid-housing segment before April 2024.
